Join the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Minnesota chapter, ISACA Minnesota chapter, and Robins Kaplan LLP for an interactive training opportunity geared toward professionals in executive leadership, information technology, communications and marketing, security, legal, and more, who would play a key role in the event of a cyber incident. We will demonstrate through interactive experience what to consider when assembling an incident response team, the components of a plan from detection and validation to post-incident audit, and what you can do today to minimize risk.
The Minnesota State IT Center of Excellence has heard from numerous employers that graduates must possess both technical skills and “career readiness” skills to be successful in their jobs.
Research continues to show that employers are sometimes underwhelmed by students’ career readiness. In response, the ITCOE has recently created three new Modules to help our faculty, built 100% in Desire2Learn (D2L), focused on teaching and assessing these important skills.
MN State IT Center of Excellence will be at Winona State University to discuss these Modules and other needs.
