ISSA Chapter Meeting: Building A Security-Aware Culture
February 21, 2023 @ 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The majority of cyber security breaches result from human error. Organizations are confronting everything from phishing attacks and authentication risks, to sophisticated ‘social engineering’ methods of attack. One of the most important steps organizations can take in 2023 is to develop a culture of security awareness and responsibility. A strong security culture can turn human error-related risk on its head, by empowering employees to become sentinels.
Please join us on March 21st, for the first ISSA Minnesota Chapter Meeting of 2023, at a fabulous venue in the Twin Cities (location pending final confirmation). We have an engaging ‘fireside chat’ format planned, where two industry thought leaders, to be announced soon, will take part in a ‘podcast’ style conversation about this important topic, followed by a question-and-answer “roundtable’ interactive session among all participants. Registrants will have an opportunity to submit questions in advance of the meeting.
Cyber security professionals can expect to walk away from this event with actionable takeaways, and cutting-edge ideas for what you and your teams can do – right now – to foster a culture of cyber security awareness.
