Patrick is responsible for the company’s global strategies\, operations and initiatives related to all security functions\, including IT/cybersecurity\, physical/facility and travel security\, identity & access management (IAM) and the coordination of the product/device security program.\n\nPrior to joining Medtronic\, Patrick held leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations across multiple industries\, including healthcare\, insurance\, hospitality\, and IT consulting. Earlier in his career\, Patrick served as an Intelligence Officer with the U.S. Air Force with assignments both domestically and internationally. \nHe is a member of several professional boards\, including serving as vice chair of the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA).
