DESCRIPTION:BUILDING AN ENTERPRISE COMMAND CENTER\nXcel Energy’s Enterprise Command Center (ECC) is currently under construction and ready to go-live in September of 2018. Amy Black\, Xcel Energy Manager\, will talk about joining Xcel Energy and her focus on building the command center team and the components needed to be operationally ready to support this enterprise function. The purpose of the ECC is to provide 24×7 situational awareness and support to Xcel Energy by facilitating an efficient response to critical events impacting the enterprise while continuously improving Xcel Energy’s ability to prepare for\, respond to\, and recover from all hazards that may impact customers\, company assets\, operations\, or reputation.
